- The prices include all related expenses like final cleaning, sheets and towels, heating, electricity, water.
- Breakfast service is not included.
- The minimum length of stay is 7 days, the maximum length of stay is 29 days.
- The property is open from March to November.
Payment methods and cancellation policies
- At the time of booking confirmation, the amount of € 200 has to be paid as a confirmation deposit by SEPA bank transfer.
- It will be possible to cancel the reservation at no cost up to 21 days before the arrival date. From the following day, the deposit will not be returned.
- 20 days before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid by SEPA transfer.
- Upon arrival, the sum of €200 must be paid as a non-interest bearing security deposit in cash, a sum which will be returned at the end of the lease after checking the condition of the property and furnishings.
- There are no extra services available during your stay such as cleaning, linen change, etc, as the “HOLIDAY HOME” business is managed by a private host and regulations don’t permit complementary services.
