The house

Description

A charming chalet located within an olive grove of 5000 square meters and consists of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with shower.

The property includes a private garden with infinity pool, gazebo, changing room with bathroom and shower, barbecue, pizza oven and an outbuilding where it is possible to store children’s games, costumes, mats, life jackets etc.

A private garage, built under a part of the garden, allows you to park two cars and houses the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron, small tools for free body fitness training (weights, steps, rowing machine, medicine ball, anklets, mat, abdominal electrostimulator).

It is not possible to enter with campers and caravans.

There is no Bed & Breakfast service.

Pets are allowed, even of medium and large size.

Equipment

In the kitchen there are induction hobs, microwave oven, air fryer, refrigerator, ice machine, blender, centrifuge, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, American coffee machine, small dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery , pots.

Heating and air conditioning system, WiFi network, WiFi stereo accessories compatible with Apple systems, TV in the living room, in the bedroom and 50-inch TV in the outdoor relaxation area with satellite reception and Netflix subscription.

There is no carbon monoxide detector, because the gas boiler is positioned outside, the oven is electric and the hob is an induction type.

Payment methods and cancellation policies

• At the time of booking confirmation, the amount of € 200 has to be paid as a confirmation deposit by SEPA bank transfer.
• It will be possible to cancel the reservation at no cost up to 21 days before the arrival date. From the following day, the deposit will not be returned.
• 20 days before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid by SEPA transfer.
• Upon arrival, the sum of €200 must be paid as a non-interest bearing security deposit in cash, a sum which will be returned at the end of the lease after checking the condition of the property and furnishings.
• There are no extra services available during your stay such as cleaning, linen change, etc, as the “HOLIDAY HOME” business is managed by a private host and regulations don’t permit complementary services.
